Heatpoints accessibility information

The tools should be usable without relying only on colour or a mouse. This page describes practical access and known limitations, without claiming an accessibility certification.

Navigating the website

Marketing pages provide a skip-to-content link, semantic headings and visible keyboard focus. Upload controls offer a file picker as an alternative to dragging. The Chrome demonstration has playback controls and a reduced-motion mode.

These measures are not a declaration that every page passes a complete WCAG audit. Browser, assistive-technology and task-based testing remain necessary.

Interpreting a visual prediction

Heatmap colours alone cannot convey the full result to everyone. Use the original image, textual metric summaries and the design objective together. The map itself is not a test of colour contrast, reading order or accessibility compliance.

A visually prominent control can still be inaccessible to keyboard or screen-reader users. Check those interactions independently before publishing a design.

Reporting a problem

Use the site's support control to describe the page, the task you were trying to complete, the browser and any assistive technology involved. Include the step that prevented progress so the issue can be reproduced. Do not include passwords or private screenshots.
